Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Whether or not payment has been made, if the customer cancels within 4 weeks of the event, there is a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 4-8 weeks from the event incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation over 8 weeks from the event incurs a 15% cancellation fee. The business may postpone the event where forces outside the business's control, such as bad weather (thunderstorm, hurricane, tornado, etc), which cannot be reasonably mitigated, impact the running of the event. The business accepts no liability for any costs or expenses incurred by the customer during cancellation or postponement. Payment: Payment in full is due no later than seven days before the event date. This may be made via electronic transfer, check, money order, debit, or credit card (there will be a 3% convenience fee). The business reserves the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received in full.
